Greenpeace now will have a reason to celebrate. We all should too. Why not? Thanks to this teenager, Daniel Burd and his plastic-eating bacteria discovery, there is a definitely a lot of reason to party. Burd discovered a bacteria which will eat plastic, one of the worst man-made pollution problem planet Earth has ever witnessd.

Plastic pollution is a major threat because its takes hundreds of years for the plastic to degrade. Even biodegradable plastic degrades very slowly and only if in a sealed landfill.Personally I hate plastic littered all over.

Now that calls for a toast for Burd! Don’t you agree?
