How often do you have to register to use a free online video site or e-newspaper and then go back to check your mail for confirmation and then login? Feel frustrated to do all that. Now, you can cut down that ’spam’ in your inbox and save a lot of time by bypassing the compulsory registrations for free to use online services like e-newspapers such as New York Times or sites like YOUTUBE. Now, you can easily bypass such free registrations with already registered accounts by using Bugmenot which also provides a very handy Firefox extension.

If you want to share any file like an image or video or audio file from any computer, you host it to free uploading sites like rapidshare.com[for any file] or  tinypic.com [for pictures]. Now, you can upload all your files from any computer to 12 different hosts [ rapidshare.com, rapidshare.de, megaupload.com, zshare.net, fastuploading.com, uploaded.to, 4filehosting.com,badongo.com. netload.in, ifile.it, mediafire.com, etc ] at the same time using  Share On All . Share On All uploads the file onto its servers first and then it uploads the files to other servers, probably because a server to server upload is way faster than client to server.

Another multi-server uploader service is Mass Mirror which allows you to upload files to 7 different servers at the same time.

If you ever used a Unix or Mac OS X machine, you will definitely miss the wonderful virtual desktop functionality in the Windows OS for a clutter free productive desktop environment.  Now you get 20 virtual desktops on Windows too and that too for free!

If the Virtual Desktop functionality did not make any sense or you did not use either a Unix or Mac system earlier don’t worry, I will explain it to you in the next few lines. If you know, you can jump to the next paragraph.

Imagine this. As you keep on working on your system, you open a number of windows of different applications for different projects/tasks. You might be browsing as well as editing a video or playing a game at the same time. As you go on, all the windows and projects pile up. So how do you keep order when projects pile up? Thats where Virtual Desktop functionality comes  to your rescue. Using that, you can group your application windows and banish clutter completely and you can switch easily between different desktops as if you had different screens.  [See Picture] . If you already a Mac OS X user, you are probably using SPACES like me. Now you can get the same functionality for free in Windows too and get 20 Virtual desktops for a clutter free environment.
